What could be more welcoming than this warm and richly decorated foyer accented by large windows, a fine tapestry and those ancient stone stairs to the first floor.  The beamed ceiling and tiled floors remind one of the age of this sturdy structure which served as a priory going back to the 12th century.  Today, it is a welcoming chambres d'hôtes that can also be rented by the week for large gatherings of friends and family.
