At only 15 kilometers from the historic city of Reims, the château is ideally located for so many of the activities and attractions in the area.  The house was constructed in the 19th century surrounded by a floral park, and a family home was created here in 1930 by M. Marcel Ployez and his wife Yvonne Jacquemart. The soul of the estate is characterized by the Champenois terroirs, now in the capable hands of the third generation:  Gérard and Claude Ployez, who carry on the family tradition. 

Visitors here will be able to share the passion for the prestigious wines destined for a demanding clientele. The presence of Ployez-Jacquemart Champagne at many of the best restaurants of France and in fourteen countries is testimony to its consistent quality.  Visitors to the estate will experience tastings in fine vaulted caves, some 75 feet deep.  And, guests will appreciate these fine wines and dinners of great prestige organized at the Domaine.  Harvesting and sorting by hand begins the process which is overseen in every stage of vinification by Laurence Ployez.  Cold, deep cellars and traditional yeasts produce a Champagne with very fine bubbles ~ a Champagne that is very aromatic, fruity, rich, fresh and offers a fine  balance between alcohol and acidity. 

The newly opened bed and breakfast accommodation is as elegant as the fine Ployez-Jacquemart Champagne.   Three doubles, two twins or two suites, all with en suite bathrooms, are offered. The décor of each room is distinctive and tasteful, creating pleasant retreats for guests after their days spent touring the region.   Views over the vineyards and park can be enjoyed from the guest rooms.  Delicious breakfasts are included in room rates, and sumptuous, elegant dinners are served by advance reservation.  A stay at Domaine Ployez-Jacquemart allows easy access to the fascinating and historic city of Reims, charming Chalons-sur-Marne and the Champagne center of Epernay.  The Ployez-Jacquemart family is eager to welcome you to the estate.

From Paris by train:  Gare de L'Est by TGV  to Reims 1 hour 35 minutes

From Paris by auto:  Autoroute A4 to Reims / Cormontreuil, direction Louvois on the D9, but continue directly into Ludes on the D233 and the crossroad D26.  This is the northern edge of the Parc Naturel Regional Forêt de la Montagne de Reims and Domaine Ployez-Jacquemart is sign posted.
